Order Issues

We pack each order with love and sometimes we do make mistakes. If there was a problem with your order, please rest assured we will make it right! Email us at help@purlsnpotions.com to send us an email of the issue along with your order number. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We understand if you just don't love things as much as you thought.  We are happy to exchange within 30 days of your purchase providing the order is in its original, resalable condition.  Refunds will be provided on a need by need basis after the item has been returned safely to us.

If more than 30 days have passed, or the item has been damaged for any other reason than our error, we are very sorry but we cannot accept the return.
